It is important that the Fixflo Contractor App sends push notifications on various triggers to ensure that you are made aware of what is going on.


There are 6 triggers for app push notifications, which are defined as follows:


  • Sent when quotes are requested
  • Sent when the quotation period is extended
  • Sent when a job is instructed
  • Sent when an appointment time is confirmed
  • Sent when a job is cancelled
  • Sent when a new comment is received


As an automatic setting, these will all be switched on. Should you wish to amend any of these, you can do so on the web version of your Fixflo profile via Setup > Notifications. Here, simply click into the relevant app notification and amend as required:




We would also recommend making sure that you are allowing the app to send notifications, by checking your device settings.
Occasionally, Fixflo may send ad-hoc push notifications to inform you of any changes/updates to the app.
