What Do I Do When My Certificates Are Expiring?

When your certificates are due to expire, Fixflo will give you a handy notification keeping you aware and letting you know something needs to updated or reuploaded. In addition, this will be added to most emails you receive from the system:

Clicking on the notification flag will take you to a list of all your certificates, where you can easily see which of them needs to be updated. From here, click the 'Add new document' button to do exactly that!

Select the file and add the expiry date, and it will be sent to the agency for review.
