It is important that you receive all Fixflo emails so that nothing slips through the cracks.

If you do not see an email from Fixflo in your inbox, the email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. Please open your spam folder look for it there, open it and mark it as 'not spam'.

Either way, we recommend allow-listing [email protected] so that you can make sure you get all correspondence from the system. (This just means marking our domain as a sender that you trust, so our emails don't go into your spam folder).
