By default, Fixflo will send you reminder emails every weekday at 8am if you have any tasks due such as inputting quote details, booking in an appointment time or marking a job as complete.

You also get reminders for jobs that are due, and instant notifications when you are assigned work or need to provide quotes for a job.

Fixflo allows you to customise your experience and tailor your notification settings to suit your preferences.

To do this please login to your Fixflo account and go to Setup > Notifications. Here, you can amend how regularly you'd like to receive reminder emails when you have tasks to do; these will usually be configured to 'Send every Monday' as a standard setting:
