Managing My Unavailability

You can manage your availability within the system easily, letting your agent know if you are taking some time off. 


This will be visible for them when they are either in your profile, instructing works to you or asking for a quote, helping them to manage what is sent to you. 


To add any periods of time when you will be unavailable on the system simply login and click on 'Setup' at the bottom of your left hand menu side bar:




This will open up a few options and you will need to click on 'Availability':



You will then have the opportunity to add unavailability':



When you click on 'Add unavailability' you will add the dates which you will be unavailable for and then press 'Save'





Once this has been done the unavailability will appear on the tab for your visibility and you will be able to edit this, delete this and add more dates:




Agents will have visibility of this on your profile.
