Great - you've been invited to join Fixflo and have created a password for your account. There are now just a few final pieces of information you should be entering on your Fixflo profile which will help you use it more efficiently, and provide the agencies you work for with more information about you:
Company Logo
You have the ability to upload a logo to your profile, which will be automatically placed on any invoice documents you generate through the system. This can be done by clicking on your name on the top-left of the screen, and into 'My profile' - here, you can use the 'Upload your logo' button:
Contractor Services
It is important that you outline the services you offer, so the agency knows what types of jobs they can ask you to quote for. Click into 'My profile' using the steps above, and scroll down to towards the bottom where you will see the word 'Services':
Click this to open the options of the services; here, you can tick all that apply to the work you provide! Please remember to scroll down and hit Save once you're done:
Invoice Details
One feature of Fixflo is that you can create invoice documents within the system. In order to do this, you first need to input fields si that the document can include the bank details you wish to be paid into!
On the left-hand navigation panel, select Setup and then Invoicing. On this page, you can enter details such as Company Number, VAT details, Bank Account and Sort Code. This will all be stored on your profile, and will pull through to any invoice documents you generate within Fixflo, speeding up the process for you:
