You can create or upload an invoice in the app as part of marking a job as complete.
You can do this when the issue is in the status Awaiting completion or Awaiting appointment, if you organised the appointment outside of Fixflo.
You can also mark a job as complete and upload the invoice at a later date, when the issue is in the status Awaiting invoices/cost.
Click into a relevant job and either click 'Mark as complete' if the job is yet to be completed, or 'Job costs and invoices' if it has:
From here, the screens will depend on what you have selected in terms of invoicing (see 'Completing a job - App').
Create invoice within the app:
You will see some details about the services rendered, and be asked to provide an invoice date, due date, invoice number, and any necessary comments about the invoice:
From here, you'll be taken to the second 'Create Invoice' page, where you can enter the details, tax and row items as necessary; these will be used to create the invoice itself:
When you're happy, press Submit at the bottom of the page and the invoice will be created for you!
Upload an invoice:
If you select you'd like to upload your invoice, you may still be asked to provide a short cost breakdown of the works you completed:
Once these details have been provided, you'll reach the final stage where you can see the details for who the invoice should be made out to, add your invoice number and upload the invoice. Here, you'll also find your unique CO email address that you can email your invoices to. For more information on how this works, please watch this short video.
