Our App development team is continuously working on improving the app, however, should you experience technical issues, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can first try before reaching out to us.
It's best to try them one at a time and check if the issue has been resolved in between each:
- While logged into the App, access More > Account > Tap on the Agency's name > Tap on Refresh session.
If you're logged into more than one account, either do this for all or only the specific agency related to the job where you're experiencing the issue with.
Once you're back on the dashboard, pull the screen down for a hard refresh and check if your issue has been resolved.
- While logged into the App, access More > Settings > Tap on Revert to default setting > Once logged back in, pull the screen down for a hard refresh and check if your issue has been resolved.
- Log out of the App by going into More > Account > Log out. Then delete the app and download it again from your App store. Once logged back and on the dashboard, pull the screen down for a hard refresh and check if your issue has been resolved.
If none of the above help, we will need screenshots or recordings, as we can't always recreate the same behaviour on our devices. Please either send them via the App, by going to More > Technical Support or reach out to our support team
