When a job comes through on your Contractor app, you can easily resolve it directly from your app. 


Your dashboard shows you all of your jobs and segments them into different statuses for you, allowing you to easily track all of your issues. 


For example, below you can see the number of jobs which are awaiting an appointment date:




By clicking on 'Awaiting appointment' you will be taken through to a list of all f your jobs which are

awaiting an appointment:




You can click on 'Set appointment date' to go into the issue and progress it. 

The next logical step in the workflow is to set an appointment date, and this is clearly shown within the issue. 

You also have the options to 'Decline job', 'Mark as complete', 'Provide quote instead' and 'Quote for further works':




You will need to add an appointment date and time; you will be prompted to contact the occupier if they have asked to be present. You can also send yourself a calendar invite for the appointment too. 




Once you are happy you will need to press 'Save':





Once you have completed the job you will need to go back into your app and mark the job as complete. 

Simply click 'Mark as complete' and you will see the following screen:




The job completion date will pre-fill based on the appointment date you set previously. This can be amended at the time if you wish.

You can add the job duration, feedback to the agent and upload files if you would like to. 

Underneath you will have your invoice options:

Once all of the information has been entered, you will need to press 'Submit' and the job will then be marked as complete. 


This will then also update on the agent's side. 


To find completed jobs on your app, go to 'Sort and filter' on the dashboard, click the 'Filter' button in the top right-hand corner and filter your jobs by Status 'Job completed':
