Creating a login will allow you to get the most out of the Fixflo system. Please note, in order to create a login, you must first be invited to the system by the specific agency using Fixflo.

You will be able to view the jobs that you have been assigned and communicate easily with the tenants and agents. There are a couple of ways that you can access your Fixflo system and generate a password:

You may receive an email inviting you to set up your password; this will be branded by the name of the agency that is inviting you. Press the 'Click here to set up your account' button:

From there, choose your password as desired and hit Save password:

If you have not spotted that initial welcome email, you may continue to receive other emails from the agency, asking you to provide quotes or awarding jobs for completion. Towards the bottom of this email, you will see a 'Get/set your password' hyperlink:

Note that this password will allow you to access the contractor App on your device, and also the unique URL of your agency.
