There may be occasions when, as a contractor, you need the ability to raise issues at a property yourself. If - for example - you complete works and then notice another issue that you want to raise separately, then you have the ability to do so.

You can do this from your own profile when logged in. On the left-hand side menu, the option to Create issue will be beneath your 'Issue search':

All you'd need to do is click the relevant icons and enter the property address to report the issue. You candecide if you'd like to report and provide occupier details, or if you'd like to report it wouth an occupier.

Alternatively, if you click on a job on your system, you can use the Report another issue button to raise a maintenance problem at that same property:

Once the issue has been raised, it will be sent to the agency to be reviewed; they may or may not decide to award you the works!
