There may be times within your workflow that an agency has asked you to quote for a job, but you don't want to. This is easy to do with the Decline to quote button in your Next steps tab:

You will then get a window asking if you're sure, after which your 'Next steps' tab will update and you will no longer have the option to quote - or do anything else - on the issue:

If you'd like to decline to quote at an even earlier stage, you can decline straight from your email:

This makes it quicker and easier for you to sort your jobs without even having to log into Fixflo for certain functions to be carried out.
