How To Manage Appointments

Once you've agreed to an appointment time and date with the tenant or the agency, you can manage this appointment on Fixflo directly.


Either click on Manage appointment from the Next steps tab or access the Appointments tab directly.


On this page, you'll have two options:

  • To cancel the appointment
  • To mark the appointment as missed

Please note that cancelling the appointment will send a notification to the occupier. You'll then get the option to set a new appointment.


Marking the appointment as missed will prompt you to give the reason as well. Select the one that suits you best or click on Other and add as much details as possible, then click on Appointment missed
