Sometimes you may be assigned a job at a property to complete specific works. On occasion, you may identify further works that are required at the property, or even remedial works as part of the same project. Fixflo allows you to quote for extra work once you mark a job as complete.

Simply use the 'Mark as complete' workflow when you've completed the job, providing information on job duration, completion documents, invoice etc. Once that is done, you will notice you have an option to 'Quote for further works':

Select this option, where the quoting page you should be familiar with will appear. Please provide the agency with information on the remedial/further works you are quoting for, as well as any quote documents or images. Once you hit save, a confirmation message will appear, letting you know that a new issue has been created. This will be sent straight to the Property Manager in the status 'Request for quotes ended' - they can then action as desired:

No need for you to do anything else - if the agency want to go ahead with the quote, they will award you the job when ready.
